We offer 3 set menus that highlights local Australian produce, with ideas and inspirations from around the world.

All set menus include amuse-bouches and bread & butter

The entire table is required to order the same menu.

* Experience #3 menu is only available Wednesday to Friday

We are happy to modify the menu to suit most allergies and dietary requirements. Please let us know at the time of booking.

*15% surcharge will be added to the final bill on Public Holidays.

Wine

We offer a Matching Wine option for each of our set menus.

Each matching is tailored to complement Dan's menu to its best while showcasing mostly French and Australian wines rather for their rarity, their quality or to take you through a drop of discovery.
