It all started when…
Dan Arnold grew up in Brisbane and left Australia in 2011 to learn French cuisine.
He has been working in Michelin-starred restaurants in France for 7 years before he decided to come home to realise his dream: have his own restaurant.
Dan loves a challenge, while working in France, he represented Australia in the World finale of Bocuse d’Or in 2017 and finished in 8th position, best ever result for Australia! To achieve this, he had the help of an amazing team composed of MOF, Michelin star chefs and Bocuse d’Or winner.
Back in Australia, Dan and his wife Amelie opened their restaurant in July 2018 in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane. Since then, Dan and his team are creating tasting menus using ingredients sourced from small producers and local farms.
